A beautiful self catering holiday cottage, The Coach House was our first venture and still holds a soft spot for us. This three-bedroom traditional stone cottage sleeps six with a spacious double room, twin room and a room with two 2’ 6” beds. 

The house-bathroom offers a bath with shower over and there is also a downstairs WC. As well as a lovely lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen – all with original oak beams - there is also a large utility room.

During the warmer months guests can sit out on the Coach House’s pretty patio to the rear, where garden furniture is provided all year-round. Or if there’s a nip in the air, why not snuggle up beside a roaring log fire.

Both holiday cottages are fully central-heated, the kitchens and bathrooms fully-equipped, and the bedrooms and lounges are well-furnished. 

There’s ample parking, plenty of info on what to see and do in the surrounding Yorkshire Dales, Cumbria and Lancashire, and we’re always happy to help if you have any questions about the area or need directions to a good pub.

Like our guests we have very high standards when it comes to our holiday cottages and in the spring of 2011 The Coach House was made even more comfortable with a top-to-toe makeover, including with new carpeting and decoration throughout.
